5-year contract. Initial project 7.5 miles of R/W Route Survey. To continue through development and asbuilts.

Clearwater Airpark Renovations – Design Build:
A Topo Survey recently completed for design build. Construction to begin in 2025.

A current project in Pasco County that involves utility connections crossing a County Roadway.
Riverview Regional Park Entrance and Roundabout:
A Hillsborough County project in Riverview involving roadway redevelopment of Riverview Drive with the
installations of new utilities facilitating a roundabout.
FDOT / Pinellas County – State Road 586:
Post Hurricane Emergency Drainage Repair and Restoration.
Rosery Road Multi-Use Path Project:
A City of Largo project involving Sidewalk and a Multi-Use Trail. Project involves Highland Road, Lake Avenue,
and other intersections.
FDOT SR580 Dunedin:
A FDOT & City of Dunedin Roadway Project – complete roadway redevelopment. Project located from US Alt 19 to
Main Street / Bass Blvd., Dunedin.

Turkey Creek Road @ Sydney Road and Airport Road:
A City of Plant City project involving Roadway realignment and redevelopment which involved Utilities.
Gandy Blvd Pinellas County Roadway/Bridge & City of St. Pete Waterline:
A Design Build project in cooperation with FDOT and the City of St. Pete. A three-year project with new
roadways, land bridges and utilities including waterlines.
W Cleveland Street Project:
A City of Tampa project with brick road restoration and new pavement and utilities. Project location being
W. Kennedy Street from S. Albany Ave east to Railroad tracks @ S. Willow Ave.
Reo Street Project:
A City of Tampa project road restoration and new pavement and utilities. Project located south of
W. Cypress Street and west of SR60 overpass.
Safety Harbor Spa Redevelopment Planning Project:
