ALTA Survey

An ALTA Survey, is actually a shortened title for ALTA/ACSM (American Land Title Association/ American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.) ALTA surveys are typically ordered when dealing with commercial or high value properties with increased liability. An ALTA survey requires additional research and is much more detailed.  You can fill out the form below and submit it to us or you may download the ALTA Table A, print it and check off the appropriate items and email it to us.
